SellifyCRM supports integration with a variety of third-party systems and services, such as ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, marketing tools, and data providers ("Third-Party Services"). You acknowledge and agree that:
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, content, and design—remain with SellifyCRM or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree to treat all confidential information obtained through your use of the Service—including customer information, business processes, and system configurations—with the same degree of care as your own confidential materials. We take data privacy seriously and apply security measures to protect user data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. SellifyCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unauthorized manner. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies (see Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." SellifyCRM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellifyCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" and provide notice if the changes are material. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
