SellifyCRM Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to SellifyCRM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SellifyCRM platform, including its website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Overview of Service

SellifyCRM is a platform designed for product-based businesses looking to streamline wholesale operations. The Service offers tools for lead management, quoting, order entry, customer portals, team collaboration, analytics, and third-party service integrations. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements to use the Service. By using SellifyCRM, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are required to register an account to access most functionality. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Use the Service in a way that disrupts its availability to other users.

5. Subscription and Payment

SellifyCRM is offered as a subscription-based service. Your access may be subject to applicable fees, which will be disclosed at the time of signup or upgrade. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access.

6. Third-Party Integrations and Services

SellifyCRM supports integration with a variety of third-party systems and services, such as ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, marketing tools, and data providers ("Third-Party Services"). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
  • SellifyCRM is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Third-Party Services.
  • You assume all risk and liability for connecting to or using such services.
  • SellifyCRM may access or transmit data to and from such services as necessary to support integrations.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue integrations at any time without liability.

    • 7. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, content, and design—remain with SellifyCRM or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

    8. Confidentiality and Data Handling

    You agree to treat all confidential information obtained through your use of the Service—including customer information, business processes, and system configurations—with the same degree of care as your own confidential materials. We take data privacy seriously and apply security measures to protect user data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    9. Termination

    You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. SellifyCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unauthorized manner. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies (see Privacy Policy).

    10. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." SellifyCRM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellifyCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility.

    12. Modifications to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" and provide notice if the changes are material. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
