Third-Party Analytics Services

2. Hotjar

What is Hotjar? Hotjar is an analytics and feedback tool that helps us understand how users interact with our application by visually representing their actions, such as clicks, taps, and scrolling behavior.

What Data Does Hotjar Collect? Hotjar collects data on user interactions, including heatmaps, session recordings, and feedback provided through surveys and polls.

How We Use Hotjar Data We use the data collected by Hotjar to gain insights into user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall user experience.

Mailbox Integrations

1. Google User Data & Gmail Integration

Sellify CRM offers an optional integration with Gmail via Google’s OAuth API, using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly scope. This feature is not required to use the app and must be explicitly enabled by the user. When enabled, Sellify CRM accesses a user’s Gmail inbox to identify and display email conversations with contacts stored in the user’s CRM account. We do not modify, delete, or send emails on behalf of the user. To provide this functionality and for performance reasons, we store email content (including body, subject, and recipient information) in our secure database. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share this data with third parties, and it is never used for advertising or profiling. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Upon termination of a user’s Sellify CRM account, all associated Gmail data stored by the app will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

Data Security

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt the information you enter on our Website in order to protect its security during transmission to and from our Website. When storing information, we protect its security by encryption and pseudonymization of critical data. To protect against unauthorised access to your account and information, we implement session management and login expiration mechanisms. As an additional safety measure, be sure to sign off when you finish using your account and your computer. Although we take all these measures to maintain the safety and security of your personal information, please note that no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed to be secure. Consequently, please note that we cannot fully guarantee the security of any personal information that you transfer over the Internet to us.

Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide core functionality and maintain user accounts within Sellify CRM. Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in account or data deletion. Users who wish to delete their account and all associated data must submit an explicit deletion request by contacting support@sellifycrm.com. Once an account deletion request is received and verified, all associated user data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Certain anonymized records or audit logs may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons, in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

Privacy Rights

Everyone has rights with regard to personal data. If you would like to invoke one of those rights, you can best turn tosupport@sellifycrm.com. We will do our best to process all requests within a month.
You have the right to:

  • delete your personal data (removal from our databases)
  • access the personal data that we might have on you
  • request to change or delete incorrect data
  • request to stop the processing of your personal data
  • request to limit the processing of your personal data
  • object / resist the processing of your personal data
